Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and applicable courier rates. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Chennai and nearby locations: 2–5 business days.

• Other serviceable locations in India: 4–8 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched, where tracking is available.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Contact us if your order is returned or delivery is unsuccessful.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or contains an incorrect product. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and assist in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
